As embarrasing as this is for me it has come down to it. My name is
Ingrid Ollison. My father had a stroke when he was 39 years old and
I have been caring for him for the past four years. He is 57 now and
it is a real job. Especially since he can't (won't) do anything for
himself. Recently, he got really ill and had to go into the hospital
where we found out that he had some internal bleeding in his
abdomen. After three different surgeries the it was determined that
he needed to place in nursing facility until he heals. This caused a
decrease in income cause it goes to the nursing home now. I quit my
job some time ago to take care of him fulltime. Now I find myself in
the middle of a crisis. I went back to work on Monday at a reduce
rate of pay however we are still behind and in need of a small
donation to get caught up and avoid foreclosure. I have been looking
day in and day out. Due to the decrease all my bills got behind and
things got cut off so I sacrificed to keep utilities. Now I'm behind
on my mortgage and have recieved a forclosure notice. I really need
help with this it would be a real blessing to recieve it. My husband
is working day in and day out to try and keep us above water. It has
been a real struggle for us, we have no natural gas, and I have had
to go the local churches for food and we have had to borrow money to
try and keep up. I fear we will end up on the street and I couldn't
bare it I just need a little help to get caught up then we will be
good from there. Please help us keep it together. I need help and I
pray that you are my guardian angel commissioned by GOD to help us.

Need 2nd mortgage to not become homeless to cover past due amounts
I have been ill recently and my husband is in remission from cancer. We
have always been ok (not great, but ok) with my pay, but I was
seriously ill with bronchitis and pneumonia for approximately 4
months. Without insurance it took a bit longer to get well. I now
have new employment secured( I lost my job) but I am 5 months behind on
my mortgage and without me realizing it, they put the foreclosure ad in
the paper and I am down to about 4 weeks before sale without knowing in
advance. I am able to make the mortgage and also catch up the payments
over the next 6 months( I actually got 2 fulltime jobs to try to make
sure to make all payments from now on on time). I have approximately
25% equity in my home well worth over the 7,000 I need to catch up
payments and pay lawyer fees, which would make them stop the process.
I would be happy to let someone take the collateral on a second
mortgage to catch up the first, but my credit is now trashed because of
the illness and cannot get a traditional second mortgage without help.
Is there someone that is able to loan the money with whatever repayment
plan you require? I do not know what else to do. I am not worried
about groceries although there are none at the moment till I get paid
in 2 weeks, but I am deathly afraid of losing my house.

Thank you for reading this. I am the only healthy working person in my family. My father is elderly and ill and my son is mentally challenged. My bills are two months late including my modest house payment. I live simply and try to keep things up. I was sick earlier this year and cannot get back on track. I need help. HURRICANE KATRINA VICTIM SINGLE PARENT NEED DESPRATE HELP. I was fired from my job in May and have fallen behind on my bankruptcy payments. I need $6,000 to catch up or my mortgage lender will cancel my bankruptcy. I could lose my home.
My mother is paying my utilities bills and can't afford to pay my bankruptcy payment. She works full time and has her own bills to pay herself.

My family really needs help, we are living in a horrible house, it stinks and just isnt nice...we lost everything including our car...I honestly have not been our of a 1 mile area in 10 weeks....
Anyway, we were on a list to get a nice rental in Georgia (we are in PA now) to be closer to my family.
this is our dream house...the problem is that we cant get there...we dont have a car, and dont have the money for the deposit....we can afford the house if we can get there.....
Please anything you can spare would be so helpful...my kids deserve to get a better life...I deserve a better life...and my poor husband deserves not to have to walk 3 miles to work everyday.
